STATEMENT
OF WORK

SCOPE

ISS shall perform all tasks necessary to design,
develop, test and deliver the software for MDS in accordance with
this SOW and referenced documents.

Background

The Online task scheduler is
meant to provide a user interface for the regular user to update his
work schedule for the day on a daily basis. It also provides him an
interface to update his progress on any assigned task on a daily or
weekly basis. This helps the manager in charge and the COO to monitor
the daily task in progress and the assigned task in progress
respectively.

The manager will have the
privileges to assign/add/delete or modify the task for any team
member, to create a set of task, modify the client delivery status of
each of the task in a set. The manager must like any other user be
able to update his work schedule for the day.

The administrator or COO will
have the permission to view the tasks per day and also the progress
of each task under a user

Upon logon every user must be
presented with a welcome page which will display the current news and
happenings in the team and in the entire organization. This
information must be updated by a user appointed or specified by the
manager

Requirements

General

ISS
shall design and develop a system that meets the requirements of the
SRS in accordance with the tasks listed in the section 3.2.

Detail Tasks

Schedule

ISS
shall prepare browser based User interface which will facilitate the
user and the manager to update his daily task for the day under two
time sessions namely morning session and afternoon session. Every
user including the manager will be able to view the list of task each
user is handling on a day under two time sessions namely morning
session and afternoon session.

Module Status

ISS
shall prepare an option in the browser based User interface which
will facilitate the manager to create a set of modules or tasks and
assign it to each user. This set of modules or task can be viewed by
each of the user, the manager and the COO. Once a set of task is
created and a user is assigned to a task, every user including the
manager should be able to enter his start date upon beginning of the
assigned task and must be able to enter his end date upon finishing
the task.

The
COO should be able to view the module / task status in read only
format.

User Management

ISS
shall prepare an option for the manager to add a user, to delete a
user and to modify user information.

The
manager should be able to change his own password.

Latest News and Reviews

The
welcome page will contain a scroll window which will have the latest
news (meetings, team updates, module development related news, lab
etc). This page is viewable by users of all levels (user, manager and
COO)

3.3 Prototype

ISS shall prepare the
prototype software for the windows environment with sufficient
capabilities to support needs of preliminary testing,
pre-qualification testing and delivery over a Linux server.

3.4Preliminary Testing

ISS shall perform
preliminary design tests using the prototype software. This testing
will focus on functional verification. Once the prototype has passed
the functional section it shall be deemed to be usable in a Proof of
Design. A limited Report will document the results of this
functional test.

3.5Preparation of Qualification Test Plans

ISS
shall prepare the document steps necessary to test the prototype in a
Linux server environment.

3.5.1 Pre-Qualification Investigation

ISS shall perform
pre-qualification investigation on the Linux server whenever required
by nature of the test, this investigation will be performed using the
relevant database and web server in the Linux platform for a
functional test.

The testing shall be
performed on the Linux server environment and tests results shall be
recorded. MDS may elect to witness this testing at any time during
the project, and may request testing results at any time. Testing
results shall be documented and maintained as a hard copy under the
above heading.

3.5.2Qualification Readiness

Using the results of
pre-qualification investigation, ISS shall perform all necessary
design remediation and re-testing to achieve compliance with
specified Linux server environment.

3.5.3Qualification Testing

ISS shall perform
necessary qualification testing according to the QTPs. MDS may elect
to witness this testing at any time during the project, and may
request testing results at any time. Testing results shall be
documented and maintained as a hard copy under the above heading.

The prototype
subjected to such testing shall be preserved for delivery to MDS.
