Installed the Netbeans 5.5.1 today..
after a long wait..for some reason the bundled JDK+Netbeans setup wouldn't install on the system..
had to download a separate only Netbeans setup..used to have the Netbeans 6 beta but it slowed down the system a hell of a lot!so had to move back to the 5.5.1.. works like a charm..
now for some serious Java development..
is there a linux version available somewhere now? :)
